A major contributory factor to the Organisation’s push towards quality has been Employee competency in their respective areas of work. This is bolstered & upgraded by the training provided to the employees on an on-going basis. Process upgrading is a constant activity at Janatha and employee training goes hand in hand with it. Training is provided by skilled in-house staff as well as visiting technical experts. A motivated work force whose skills are constantly upgraded is Janatha’s forte.
Additionally employees are provided Annual training in Fire Safety Equipment by external Safety Contractors. Periodic in-house training is also provided to staff on Emergency procedures & equipment.
The preparedness & response of Employees to Emergency Situations are also tested by Safety Drills as per the Emergencies mentioned in the Safety Systems Manual.
